ICCAT 2026 — Registration & Submission Guidelines

The complete manuscript must be submitted through the Microsoft Conference Management Tool Kit (CMT) platform. All authors must acknowledge that they are familiar with and agree to follow the Publication Ethics and Malpractice Statement as well as the Privacy Policy associated with the event. Submitted papers should clearly demonstrate appropriate scope, originality, and validity. The data presented in the paper must be accurately reported, properly analyzed, and correctly interpreted. In addition, the manuscript should maintain clarity, follow all required guidelines, and provide a meaningful contribution to the field of study.

Note: Authors must also ensure that their papers strictly follow the specified formatting requirements, and the total length of the manuscript should not exceed five (5) pages. The final paper must maintain a plagiarism level below 10% when evaluated using Turnitin or similar AI-based plagiarism detection software.

  • Blind peer review: After submission, papers automatically enter the blind peer-review pipeline controlled by CMT.
  • Decision & feedback: Reviews and the decision will be sent to the corresponding author.
  • Plagiarism threshold: Final papers with plagiarism < 10% automatically proceed in the peer-review pipeline.
  • Maximum pages: 5 pages are allowed.
  • Extra pages: More than 5 pages incur an additional fee of 1000 per extra page (currency as per organizers).

All accepted and presented papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings by Taylor & Francis (T&F), subject to meeting the required scope and quality standards. The published articles will be submitted for indexing in Scopus and will be considered based on the indexing platform’s quality criteria and guidelines.

  1. Visit the conference’s CMT submission site (link provided on the official ICCAT website).
  2. Create/Sign in with your CMT account.
  3. Start a new submission and fill in title, authors, abstract, and keywords.
  4. Upload your manuscript in the prescribed format.
  5. Confirm policies compliance and submit.
